We were given the exact amount of assistance required. Matthew was attentive without being pushy and very knowledgeable on all the products instore, he even recommended the right pillows to go with the best bed for our needs.

I got assistance very quickly, was free to look around without pressure and the right information was provided promptly and knowledgeably. It was a store manager that served us and he helped to work out the best deal within our needs. He was friendly and polite.
