Although the sales rep Matt Brett was new to post, he was very honest and asked for assistance if he was unable to answer our questions. He was very polite and helpful.

We were given first class service by Vicky. She spent a lot of time with us and helped us to make the right choices. Even had a lovely cup of tea .

Staff very friendly and informative. Attended to my request and helped me pick out the right bed and mattress for me.

No sales pressure was put upon us at all, when we wanted more advice it was readily available

I was very satisfied with how helpful the staff were, they gave me help and advice when i explained what i wanted. they explained the different types of matrices, then allowed me to continued to look around. I was offered a drink while i came to my final choice. when i had chosen the gentleman helping me talked me through the ordering and delivery, he also explained about the extra cover i might wish to take out WITHOUT being pushy. he also explained what would happen if i was not happy with the matrices, exchanged or refunded.

THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND VERY HELPFUL WHEN WE WERE LOOKING FOR BEDS. THIS HELP US TO CHOOSE BEDS FOR ARE GRAND CHILDREN AND A NEW DOUBLE BED FOR US THEY GAVE US THE BEST PROFESSIONAL ADVICE AND WE THANK THEM THANK YOU ROGER DIXCEY

We only went to look at options but came away satisfied we needed to get a replacement.

Store layout was explained concisely. Minor problem finding a delivery date, but the assistant offered me the identical product, but under a different name, which was available earlier, and at the same sale price.

The whole experience was a pleasure, we were allowed to browse through the store without being pressured. The staff were available to answer all the questions we had, they showed great knowledge of what they were selling. Every thing was explained clearly
