Matt Brett was the ideal salesman.We were given all the information and courtesy one would expect when spending a few hundred pound.He knew all the answeres to our questions in a confident manner.

Very helpful staff who spent a long time with me choosing the right bed, mattress and bedding. He wasn't pushy and provided us with alternatives when needed.

My sales assistant Vicky was very friendly and helpful, she explained the difference between the tempur range of mattresses I was interested in and took all the time I needed to make the right choice. I came in on two occasions and she was available both times, I got a great deal on the mattress and two pillows and the speed of completing the order and arranging delivery was excellent. A credit to the store.

The sales assistant supplied the information that I asked for in a friendly and courteous way and then gave me space to think and talk to my son who was with me. If he had crowded me and been pushy I would not have made the purchase today and could have ended up going to a different store. Over pushy sales staff send me heading for the door. He was a very pleasant young man.
