Your employee - Matt - was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to calculate costs when asked and helped me settle on a bed quickly. He even offered my whole family a cuppa while I decided!

Matthew who assisted my wife & I took all the time required to show us the available products in the price range we wanted, he also too the time to explain the difference in mattresses, the checkout out process too was very painless. we'll definitely be going back.

The guy who assisted us spent a long time with my wife and I explaining all the options available to us, he went out of his way to be helpful, it was very refreshing.

Staff were very helpful but also gave use enough space to test and evaluate the products

When we entered the store the assitanat acknowledged our presence but did not imediately launch into a "sale pitch". Matt was never far away when needed and was most courteous. At no time were we pressured or made to feel uncomfortable. The range and cost of items were very good and we left the store after purchasing in a very satisfied manner Thanks to Dreams and we wopuld reccomend Dreams wholeheartedly.

Staff v friendly helpful large product range well layed out like the late opening hrs so can pi k up bed after work full range of prices plenty parking.

The bed we wanted as originally out of stock due to popular demand, so the member at dreams isle of wight we were served by Matt Moss, he was ever so good at handling the situation by taking our details and called us as soon as bed was available. He did so, and we are very happy customers. Really friendly, relaxed and talkative team, really helpful and had good fun and a few laughs!

We ( my wife & I) were Highly Satisfied with all 3 staff called Matthew, but especially the manager who showed us around was there when we needed him but gave us a lot of space and time to enjoy our time at Dreams and also gave us a cup of coffee and a lot of INFO GREAT job well done.

My visit to the Dreams showroom resulted in a very quick purchase of a small double bed in the colour I wanted and ample storage beneath at a very good price. Well satisfied.
