It was a pleasant shopping experience - unhurried and no pressure, assistant was helpful and personable.

The green haired member of staff was excellent.

It was clean & tidy. Was offered help by staff member. Was quick to order the item. Explained of other extras. Staff was very polite.

Assistant listened and understood what we wanted within our price range and knew what to show us in shop plus alternatives that may suit. We chose bed and he talked us through payment and delivery.

Brett is extremely knowledgeable, he is extremely professional, listens to what you are saying, discusses options and offers alternatives. He never makes you feel like you are taking too long, he has lots of time and experience to share, he is extremely polite too. We have spoken with him on two separate occasions (although doubt he remembered us from before) and his customer service was exactly the same on both occasions. He is an extremely valuable member of staff in our opinion and worth hanging on to! Customer service is so important and so lacking in many retail environments.

I was made to feel a valued customer by Brett the sales assistant in the Newport, Isle of Wight branch. I had already a good idea of what I wanted having looked at the web site. He took me to where both the bedframe & mattress were & left me alone to try out the mattress without & pressurisation to make a purchase.
