The staff were attentive and helpful but not overbearing or intrusive. I loved that I was offered a cup of tea upon arrival and no pressure was placed to hurry me or my decisions!

when I walked in I was allowed to look around without being pounced on by a sales person once I had settle a person came over and said if I needed help to let her know, so I was left to think about what I wanted, I then found the lady and she was really helpful and talked through everything.

I have purchased a previous bed and mattress from Dreams - and was vey satisfied with this. This is why i returned to Dreams 4 years later and purchased 2 new beds and a mattress for my new home. The sales assistant was very patient and knowledgeble. I feel confident my purchase.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We wanted a new mattress for a spare bedroom in time for Christmas, so we Knew stock availabilty and next day delivery might be limiting factors. However your salesman quickly established what models were available from stock and we tried out the relevant display beds. In the end we decided to buy two mattresses - one for our spare room and one for our own bed, plus some bedding items at bargain sale prices. We really cannot speak highly enough of the staff who dealt with us - they were friendly, helpful and informative. And of course, we are very pleased with the quality and overall value for money of all the items we purchased. Thank you.
