M Brett was very helpful without being over bearing. He explained everything, then left us to try but kept coming back to see how we were getting on. Excellent service.

I had done some research online, but needed to visit your showroom to see the item for real. We were shown several different Otterman beds but could not find a suitable mattress for our price range. We came home and did some more internet searches having decided we definately would go for the small double Otterman bed. Once we ordered our mattress (memory foam), I then ordered our bed over the phone to the Newport Store. The assistant was very helpful, as I wanted someone to put our bed together. We are now looking forward to receiving our new bed.

I was served by Matt Moss on my first exploratory visit and again when I made the purchases I required. He was extremely helpful and patient, even providing a welcome cup of tea on each visit. He listened carefully to all my requirements and preferences eg for natural fibres or man made. He was unfailingly polite and welcoming in his manner and I felt confident he knew the products well so that he could be very informative. He also mentioned linked sales such as accidental damage Insurance to the mattress, as well as supportive pillows, mattress protectors etc.

Your consultant, Matt Moss, was excellent. He took time to understand my exact needs and quickly identified a suitable product. I was looking for a pillow that dreams no longer make, but Matt showed me a range with the nearest match which I am highly satisfied with, so much so that I bought two. Excellent service from knowledgable and courteous staff.

The member of staff, Matt, who helped us, was very 'astute'. He asked what we were looking for, gave us guidance, then backed off for a while. That was great - I have a huge dislike of pushy salespeople, and I'd just go elsewhere if pressurised. We were left to look around, try beds, then Matt came back to check we were OK. There was no pressure. Final couple of questions answered, and we made our choice. Payment process was clearly explained, as was the warranty and delivery process. All the time, he was very pleasant without being patronising. Very efficient and pleasant visit.

We have used this store several times and would always return as the service is excellent and cannot be faulted in any way. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The goods on offer are perfect for us.
