Your dream sales rep matt moss was very professional, funny and helpful. It made our purchase to much easier. While he even had time to speak to our son while we were trying to decide what we wanted.

Helpful staff, variety of beds to try, smartness of site.

Ruby who helped me was fairly new yet she knew her products and what she didn't know she found out. Excellent service - 2 cups of coffee cos I couldn't make up my mind and needed to "phone a friend"!!!! Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant. Thanks Ruby

Greeted as soon as we entered the store, said what we wanted, shown where to try the mattresses, not pressured by salesman but he was there when we needed help. Able to take our choice with us, quick & smooth sale, all good.

We have purchased a bed from Dreams on a previous occasion where we found all staff most helpful,friendly and knowledgeable. As we wish to revamp our bedroom we had no hesitation in returning to dreams and place our order. Nothing was too much trouble, we changed our minds on several occasions during this visit. It made no difference as Matt Moss was extremely patient-helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, we were even offered refreshments. I would have no hesitation on recommendations to all friends and family.

When we entered Dreams we were very pleased with all the help shown by Matthew. We explained that I was looking for a new mattress and new pillows. As I am disabled and walk with crutches all the time Matthew explained to us all about the different kind of mattresses and helped me to try them. He offered us tea or coffee and was very helpful all the time. I would always recommend Dreams to my friends. And must thank Dreams for all of their help
