all the visits we made 3 or 4 times choosing the bedroom furniture, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We were greeted, offered coffee, then given a general idea of what was available left to browse and then given more information and help in making our purchase. Transaction then conducted in a friendly manner, not just with the person dealing with us but other assistants as well

Matt Moss was pleasant and helpful. Not too pushy. He was polite without being obsequious. Thanks

Very helpful staff

We were very indecisive on our visit as we were both undecided on what exactly we wanted. The salesman was very helpful and explained the options we could go for and also informed us how we could get the product without having to put a deposit down. He gave us enough time on our own to make a decision without us feeling pressured.

Cos the assistant was very helpful

Staff was there to answer our questions which they did when we needed them but did not pester us.

Very friendly staff who were helpful but not pushy. Ordering was made simple and easy. Liked the fact you only paid a deposit on ordering - did not have to pay the full amount weeks before having the bed. The shop was open at convenient times & parking was easy.

The Salesman was very friendly and spent a lot of time showing me the different type of mattress and the range was very good. Overall the shopping experience was fun and I came out very satisfied.

From the moment we enterd the store we where made very welcome we where given coffee while the gentleman took us round and explained what we had said we would like.we where given choices of mattress to choose from and try and even given pillows like we have at home to try on the beds .he then left us so we could talk private a bout the price and came back ashort while later and we bought bed with head board .we told the manager we where very pleased the man who sold us the beds name is matt moss a very polite and thoughtfull sales man i have abad back and he was very acommadating glad we came to dreams just waiting for bed to be made thank you
