The manager and staff spent time understanding requirements before allowing us time to browse and recommending suitable ways to proceed with no pressure. Excellent service always and a great cup of tea! We bought our bed here and now mattresses.

The assstant was extremely helpful without being in any way pushy - I don't remember her name (young, female) but she had an excellent balance of friendliness and professionalism. I didn't feel in any way pushed into buying a particular product.

We were greeted upon arrival at the store and asked if we required assistance and were directed as we requested. We were then able to browse the store at our leisure and always felt assistance was available when we were ready.

Very friendly but not intrusive customer service. The bed frame was not available to see in store but a fabric sample was sourced from the manufacturer within a week or so: the Store Manager, Matthew, kept us informed of the progress of this request and so we held off going to another store.

The customers service was excellent. I would highly recommend the store to family and friends and I will not hesitate to make further purchases within the store.

Friendly help full staff nothing was to much trouble and a nice store

I was initially told there was a 4/5 week lead time on the item I wanted and I could not purchase the one on display, however they discovered they had one in the warehouse which had been ordered and not taken. This was delivered to me within the week.

Got exactly what I wanted, even took it home the same day
