From entering your store we were attended to by Matthew. He was very helpful and showed us around and explained about the different types of mattresses. We left and visited other stores and checked them out. After talking about our options,we decided that we would buy your product, prices differed slightly but we liked the way your staff looked after us

We had great assistance in store from two Dreams colleagues. We were impressed with their knowledge, their friendliness and their efficiency in helping us.

We went into store and were greeted by a very friendly employee who from the start assisted us on our requirements ...he showed us to the recommended beds (after using the sleep analysis machine), we spent a good 2 hours in total and we did not feel rushed, the employee assisting us gave his full attention to us and helpfully found out more information on the beds we had queries on even at one point when he kept having to go up and down the stairs to get hold of colour swatches and the tablet for more images for us , the store was very light, airy and beds spaced well apart making us feel more comfortable that we could keep our distance from other customers.. we felt like children (In a good way) carrying our pillows (specially chosen for our sleeping positions ) round the store trying on all the beds, one of the first beds we tried was a super king and we instantly fell in love, unfortunately our bed is going to take a few weeks to arrive as it was customised so the only bad thing was going back to our old hard double bed especially after spending 2 hours trialling lovely bigger beds.. we can't wait for our super king to arrive 😊
