The assistance knew a lot about the different mattresses and which the best quality ones were.

Manager was lovely and extremely helpful, was an easy quick purchase.

The assistant was more than helpful and he his knowledge was very good. He left us to discuss and try out the mattresses before returning to us for our decision. The whole experience was excellent from start to finish. I would have no problem recommending the Newport, Isle of Wight store to anyone.

I fell ill while being in the store.Staff were so helpful, even gave me a cup of tea. It was Jenny who served me,,she was very helpful in every way. I was very glad to receive such good service.

I went in for a bed and found what I was looking for. I bought a bed.

Both my husband and I felt that the assistant who served us was so helpful and friendly even made us a welcoming cup of coffee when we arrived. He was patient and understanding and did not rush us while we made our choice. We would certainly recommend anyone buying beds or bedding to go to Dreams..

We were meeted and greeted and offered a cup of coffee but were not rushed. The assistant was very informative and helpful to our needs. Her name was carla.

The Assistant was so friendly (M Brett) He offered to make us a cup of tea and coffee.. His colleague was also very pleasant and kept our one year old daughter (whom was in her pushcahir) amused.. Due to the Isle of Wight Festival (the store wasn't busy) so was lovely to have the time spent with us.. The assistant went through the different beds with us and the fact you can lie on them to try them out. The store was very clean, tidy and airy. This is the 3 bed I have purchased over the years with Dreams. First a double (which is still going strong at my parents house) Then a single bed for our eldest daughter (whom 3.5) Then this new one. I said my eldest daughter loved the hippo (from Silent Night) The assistant said they didnt have any in store at the moment, but we were given a set of complimentary Silent Night Pillows. I really can't recommend our Isle of Wight store enough. Thank you
