My request was simpler, I needed to place my order quickly and the salespeople were friendly and very expeditious in meeting my needs

The assistant was engaging, knowledgeable and very helpful.

THe staff welco med us to the store and immediately offered us a cup of tea, for which we were delighted. Jenny who looked after us could not have been more helpful and immediatelyfound the answers for any questions we had. She and her male colleagues went the extra mile with good humour carrying different mattresses from all around the store until we had achieved the exact bed and mattress which suited exactly our demanding needs. Although we spent more than we had intended we are delighted with the result and found the whole shopping experience at "Dreams" of Newport a great pleasure.----and this was the last thing Iexpected to happen on a furniture buying shopping trip. Well done to your IOW staff

We were able to spend time trying beds to meet our needs, our grand children had been entertained with balloons and felt tips, which kept the occupied for a short time, thank you x We found our mattress and we're pleased with the speed it was all dealt with xx Thank you Matt xx

On entering the store we were approached and asked if we needed any help, when we stated we were just looking, we were then given a leaflet to help with our search and told the ladies name in case we needed help/had any questions. She then came back later to check we were OK and offered tea/coffee. We did not purchase a mattress on this visit but returned he following day and we were remembered, again offered tea/coffee and left to revisit the mattress we were considering ( I feel this is very important as no one wants someone on top of them all the time ) When we wanted to go ahead with the purchase the process was quick and simple and there was a good choice of dates available for delivery.

We both felt valued as if we were the only customer which I am glad for Dreams we weren't the salesman was extremely knowledgeable about all products we were looking for very polite made a great cup of tea while we were doing the transactions it was a pleasure to do business in this Isle of Wight store where the staff w err 're great ambassadors for your company Would highly recommend it

I CALLED IN THE PREVIOUS EVENING TO LOOK FOR A VERY SPECIAL AND LUXURIOUS BED THE STORE ASSISTANT APPROACHED ME AND DREW MY ATTENTION TO TWO PARTICULAR BEDS WHICH WERE TOP OF THE RANGE THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND WHICH WERE GREATLY REDUCED. FOLLOWING A TELEPHONE CALL TO THE STORE THE NEXT MORNING ANOTHER ASSISTANT ARRANGED FOR ANOTHER VIEWING AND THE MATRESSES WERE TESTED AGAIN SWOPPED OVER TO MY CHOSEN BASE AND WITHIN ..HALF AN HOUR DREAMS WERE PAID AND DELIVERY ARRANGED. ANOTHER BED WAS ALSO RECOMMENDED FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND HEY PRESTO !! I BOUGHT IT AND AM NOW INSOLVENT

Salesman had excellent product knowledge, was helpful but not pushy and we ended up with exactly what we needed (not what we thought we needed before we went in) and spent less than we planned. Highly recommended.

The showroom is very attractive, light bright and well laid out. The salesman was helpful, knowledable and patient.

The lady we had Jenny was really friendly, went above and beyond to maintain conversation while waiting for the computer to load to check online for us as well. She was really cool. She helped us with everything we needed and then when we asked what she would recommend, she took the time to clearly think about what we were asking and what would be best suited. she was just really nice in other words and couldn't of done anything better.
