Very Friendly staff all round. catered to my needs and questions. talked to me like a normal human. Helped us use the machine to discover what sort of mattress and were very professional all round. Very happy with my choice to use the store in Carisbrooke isle of wight.

From the beginning of my visit to the store I could not have been any happier.

Had the chance to be measured for mattress using the bed/mattress selection tool. Assistant was knowledgeable and pointed me straight to the bed he thought would be most suitable. This was much better than having to lie on all of them!

Really fast service. Friendly sales lady, gave us all information, on beds, prices. Gave us all coffees, too, excellent, knowledgeable service.

The lad on the phone was most helpful and very polite.

The member of staff was helpful and friendly. He knew the products well so we were guided to the best products for us quickly.

The young man who assisted me throughout my hour long visit, introduced me to the Dreams mattress matching bed and was very helpful in walking me through the mattresses recommended. This was especially helpful as I am partially sighted and with so many beds in store a guide can help. The member of staff clearly explained the difference between each mattress, their build & allowed me plenty of time of time alone to try each and any other mattress alone before I made a decision. I was also frequently offered tea, coffee or water. Very professional.

I was very satisfied as said in the previous questions. I am physically disabled and need extra help and was definitely given that.
