Staff were helpful and we think we were given a good deal

i have ordered twice before with the Isle of Wight store and found them very helpful and the Bed and mattresses were really good quality that's why I'm using them again

Great Staff Jenny was great and we were able to choose the perfect bed and mattress for us

Very helpful branch manager who assisted me greatly on my requirements

salesman seemed very knowledgeable about products and told us all we needed to know. He also asked us if we would like coffee or tea and left us alone to see the beds for ourself.

Professional, helpful service

The assistant who helped us, Jenny, was just superb and as soon as we arrived we were offered refreshment, a real bonus. Jenny answered all our questions but at no time did we feel pressurised into rushing a decision. The whole experience was great and would definitely have no hesitation in repeating the occasion.

offered a drink on arrival , presented me with a leaflet to explain the different colour coded mattresses available which helped a lot, was not pushy just extremely helpful
