We needed to purchase a mattress urgently had an idea what we were looking for, spoke to a very helpful salesman called Matt over the phone to see what was available to suit our needs before visiting the store .We were able to try the mattress in store which was perfect then able to take a brand new mattress away that day , all in all a perfect sale and a very happy customer.

Great customer service and great products.

Despite being busy, we were acknowledged as soon as we entered the premises. Having been shown to the products we were interested in, and given coffee while he finished with another customer, the salesman returned and offered the advice we needed to make our purchase.

Well kept store with plenty of space to try out beds before purchase.

Fantastic service, a cup of coffee, great understanding of our requirements and explanation of products to suit. Being allowed to try out the product without being 'shadowed'. Any questions answered politely and with relevant information. Order process efficiently dealt with.

I was very pleased with the friendliness and professional service received. The understanding that once acknowledged, the salesman left us in peace to view the stock and quick to help when it was required.

Newport (Isle of Wight) branch are excellent and we have used them before for both our Isle of Wight cottage and now for our Kent home. The local Kent branch in Aylesford were not in the same league of customer service in our experience and hence we went back to Newport when visiting the island.

The colour coding of the vast collection of mattresses was idea, we found what we required very quickly and the sale assistant was patient, knowledgeable about the products and very informative. She explained the various options that were available and assisted us in our desitions. Overall a very satisfied customer.
