M Brett was a wonderful representative for your company. From the moment we entered, he was funny, knowledgeable and attentive. He made us a tea and left us to browse freely. We felt under no pressure to purchase. It felt like he really cared that we make the right decisions to suit us, which is rare nowadays. Mr Brett was very friendly and had lots of knowledge and information regarding the types of bed frames and mattress availible in store, Brett made me a cup of tea and I was able to try out all the beds and frames until I found the one I wanted, i was able to take my time which is really important. I would recommend dreams store because you can not only see whats available and try out different bed and mattresses but you also have really good advice and knowledge from staff in shop :)

Fantastic and accommodating staff.

The customer care was friendly, knowledgable and timely. I was buying an expensive Tempur Mattress and the sales person offered me free delivery and free collection and removal of current mattress which was a bonus. I was somewhat confused initially regarding softness levels of the different models but it was explained competently and clearly so I could make a decision quickly with little fuss. Customer care is very important to me and this was very good.
