I knew what I wanted and I was directed to the relevant area immediately . Any queries I had were dealt with at once and with clarity. A very good experience.

First of all I hate shopping This store changed my mind On entering my wife and I were met by a salesperson who introduced him self as Mat He made every effort to make us welcome, We had no idea what we wanted and spent a great deal of time helping us to make the correct choice even offered us a coffee which gave us more time to decide a nice touch WE would like to thank him for his knowledge on all he showed on your products We finally made a decision and made a purchase If all stores were like yours I might actually get to like shopping So thanks for the experience

My wife and I were met by a member of staff who was friendly and quickly established our needs. There was absolutely no pressure and we were allowed time to explore all of the options available without the staff "hovering". This made my shopping experience very relaxed and enjoyable.

We received a very friendly and courteous reception and we were also offered a tea or coffee which we think was a nice touch. We had help with the products we were interested in and there was no hard sell.

Matthew the salesman very knowledgeable , helpful and polite. Nothing was to much trouble.

We were greeted by a colleague shortly after entering the store and told to take as long as we like and offered tea or coffee. Staff knew about the products and were very helpful.

I came in to the store looking for a mattress and found there was a sale on. The assistant explained the colour coding, suggested I look around and then showed me a mattress that was a particularly good deal in the sale. She wrote the details down on a card for me and was really clear when the sale offer ended. I talked to my husband and then ordered by phone. I spent a bit more than planned but got a much better product.
