I purchased a small double sofa bed and have been looking for a very long time to find exactly what I want. The Kelso Sofa bed was demonstrated to me and seems easy to set up and comfortable to sit on. There was no pressure to purchase and I returned the following day to do so. Everyone I spoke to in store was friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I hope the delivery is as straighforward as the purchase. I will be returning to purchase my bed over the coming weeks. Thank you to the staff who helped out.

The store had a vast selection of floor display which we could try and the sales assistant was readily available for our questions and had an outstanding knowledge of the product line as well as explaining the pros and cons of the various items on offer.

The sales person Matt was very helpful, explained the styles of mattresses and offered us a drink.Once he was sure we were happy he left us to look around and try out the mattresses, letting us know where he would be if we needed any additional help once we had chosen a mattress the transaction was completed very quickly and then Matt helped us to load the mattress in the car, letting us know if it didn't fit we could opt for delivery. Our first visit to your store abd it won't be the last. Excellent, no hassel, helpful salespeople.A refteshing change :)

The salesman Matt Moss IOW store was exceptional. He had remembered both myself and my son from when we brought another product about 4 months ago. He was friendly and his knowledge of mattresses was great just what we needed. Nothing was too much problem for him. At no point did I feel rushed into making a decision. If only all salesman were as helpful friendly and professional as him.

No hard sales talk, I was able to walk around the store with ease and try out various products, if i had any questions then the sales man matt moss was there to assist with helpful clear advice.

Assistant (Jennifer) very helpful and friendly but did not push for a sale but left us to look at all the alternatives and make up our own mind. However if we had a question she was there to assist.
