Dreams - Isle of Wight

Was greeted with a smile, shown the different mattress options, asked if we had a preference, was shown different options and was offered a drink!!!

First of all we liked the way Matthew Moss asked if we needed any help without being too pushy. He listened to our requirements and then showed us the range of beds. Explaining each type of bed very well. He was very polite and listened to what we were saying. Nothing was too much trouble.

I turned up on boxing day morning slightly worse for wear. I was given time and space to browse and also given technical and professional guidance to see me through the whole ordeal. Thankyou and well done.

I actually was so happy with the whole experience I tried to email your company but couldn't see how. I went to your newport isle of wight show roo for the first time two days ago looking for a cheap spare room bed. I had been everywhere else but eventually dreams was the last place I looked in. Ruby the shop sales room lady was sooooooo helpful, kind and nice. I ex planed what I was after, she took me straight to the ex display bed that was the correct size price and above all the most beautiful bed. The two chaps dismantled it for me there and then and loaded it up for me. I am so happy with my bed. I would like that the store is aware o my email and that the staff are very nice indeed.

Great staff, nice atmosphere and I got what I wanted, although I have to wait, but its Christmas time

The variability in mattress design is now quite large and there are lots of pros and cons for each mattress. We were assisted with our selection by Dreams and are very happy with our chosen products

MATT MOSS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND HE KNOW HIS STUFF.

The member of staff was very helpful allowed us to bring our little dog into the store so we were both able to shop together!
