the customer service employee (Matt Moss) went above and beyond that expected of basically a salesman, he was honest in his responses and polite and he was ably supported by his colleague in fact excellent customer service.

Matthew, who served us. was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy in any way. he left us to establish what we wanted and offered expert assistance when needed. Other staff were just as helpful. For example we decided we wanted sheets. immediately a shop assistant was on hand to go and bring them to us. Excellent little touches like tea and or coffee was offered (and accepted!) and there was no irritating background music!

The rep who assisted me was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. He was very understanding of my present situation and informed me that Dreams are able to hold my item until I'm ready for it to be delivered.

Jenny the assistant was very friendly, there was no pressure to buy and we were very satisfied with the service. She even made us a cup of hot chocolate

The staff were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable about the items I was interested in and also helped with advice and information about the most suitable products for my specific problemes and needs. The manager gave me relevant information as to which type of mattress may best suit my back and I was left to try various types without any pressure to buy. I went away to think over the options and was welcomed back a couple of days later and again left to make up my mind with no pressure. This was a very important thing to me as often these days pressure for a sale is often felt but your staff did not make me feel that and I left happy and confident that I had purchased exactly what I need. A more than helpful salesman and very Knowledgeable and friendly. I got exactly what I was enquiring about. This was a telephone order Which my daughter collected the same day.

Very helpful assistant, helped us understand colour coding and showing us the mattresses that fitted our requirements.

Great customer service, friendly staff who took the trouble to make hot drinks including hot chocolate for my two daughters. Good explanation on how the mattresses are colour coded for more effective testing. Staff were all very professional. I liked how the store was set out and how clean the beds were so you didn't feel grubby laying on the beds. I liked how we were left to find the right mattress for ourselves but had a member of staff when needed. I also liked how we dealt with the same member of staff throughout our visit including handling the purchase of our mattress. I didn't feel obliged to buy a mattress and felt very reassured that if we were not happy once we had the mattress in our home we could swap it for a softer or firmer mattress. Overall experience was excellent. Thank you dreams.
