Matt was really friendly and attentive but gave us the space and time to try things out fot ourselves without feeling pressured into making a decision before we were ready. He was really helpful when placing the order and made sure we got a great deal and a quick delivery time frame!

Staff very helpful. Lots to choose from. Still waiting for my bed ....but as long as it arrives over the next 4 weeks I will Be happy. Dissapointed a delivery date still not given.

Most important thing for me is the 40 day option to return if not satisfied with the bed. Knowledge of Matthew, Store Manager was superb. Loved the colour coding using pillows.

Made welcome offered a hot drink showed grades of mattresses then let us walk around. The 2 king size beds we chose look nice and was bought very smoothly. Informed us when the delivery will be and will confirm by email which is ideal as this items are going to our new house.

Good attention from the member of the sales team (Matt Brett) He catered for all our needs in a friendly proficient way. An excellent asset to any team.

We found Matt most helpful on our three visits to the store. He was knowledgeable in the products we were considering , very pleasant and not at all "pushy" in trying to rush us into a decision. When we had decided on our chosen mattress Matt was helpful in explaining the additional options available eg insurance cover, mattress protector and pillows. We were completely satisfied with the service we received.

We got the same assistant that dealt with the purchase of our furniture and he remembered most things about us and this was helpful. Very polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
