The assistant Matt Moss was most attentive and went out of his way to help me choose the right adjustable bed for my needs. It was a really happy experience.

I was impressed by the saleslady's knowledge of the product and the time and care taken to explain everything fully .The order was processed quickly and efficiently and everyone at the store was pleasant and welcoming .It was my first visit to the store and I would highly recomend it I will certainly be returning when I require any of your products .The offer of having coffee was a nice touch thank you.

I am disabled & was very happy to see that there was a lift which was clean & in workable condition. The staff were very patient with us & allowed us the time to come to our decision. Excellent Customer Service and very friendly salesman. Extremely helpful in advising on different types of mattresses and bed frames. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Would recommend Dreams and in particular the salesman Matthew Moss who helped us. Very pleased with our purchase.
