I had been to other stores looking at mattresses so was tired by the time i got to your store. The assistant was highly knowledgeable about products and put me at ease and made me laugh. Very professional and understanding.

On arrival we were greeted by M Brett who was very personable and professional. Mr Brett explained how we could narrow our choice of mattress using the very simple colour code and firmness and this made choosing our new mattress very straight forward and uncomplicated. We were made to feel very welcome.

Matt was really helpful and clear about the product range from the moment we entered the store. We were buying two beds with very different needs and he steered us in the right direction, double-checking options as he went. This made it really easy for us to make some big decisions.

When entering the store my partner and I received a very warm welcome, got asked if we'd like a tea or coffee. They let us roam around freely to choose a bed frame and a mattress, tried out pretty much all of them, the place was very clean. Then when we were both happy with a king sized bed frame and a mattress. The whole process was explained in full and it was all very easy. Very pleased with my first ever visit and I'll definitely recommend to a friends!

From the moment we entered the store, staff were friendly, offered guidance and assisted us with our questions. They helped us identify what we wanted and our needs were met. It was an enjoyable experience and we got the best bed and mattress that suited us and our budget.

I visited Dreams with my mum hoping to find a bed suitable for my dad who suffers from Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Because of his condition, he wasnt able to visit the store with us and so we had to describe his needs to the assistant, Carla. Although she appeared to be new in the job, her knowledge and help were very much appreciated. Thanks to Carla and the store manager Matt, we left Dreams happy we had made the right choice for my dad.

The shop assistant aproached is and offered help then let us have a look around. He left plenty of time before he came to answer more questions allowing us to lay on all the mattresses and make an informed decision

I arrived at the store 10 minutes before opening time. 2 colleagues approached to enter the building and allowed me to enter to browse products prior to the store officially opening which was appreciated. I was immediately offered a coffee and offered both advice and literature relevant to my needs. I was guided toward the products I was seeking, and was also offered a pillow to test as I had made enquiries about replacing both my pillow and existing mattress. I wasn't hassled or pressured as I browsed, but was immediately seen to regarding questions I had about different products. The product knowledge was excellent and I felt I was offered sound advice and options relevant to my needs. Once I had spent a little time testing mattresses and the pillow, I made it known to my advisor that I had made my choices. He explained all the terms and conditions thoroughly and was able to offer me a delivery date as I had enquire regarding the lead time on a couple of products. My advisor Matthew was polite, helpful and very professional in his approach. Excellent range of products and services available in store and first class customer service received. A very happy customer

Was greeted by Matt Moss and offered tea and coffee accepted my walking disability and offered me the lift gave us time on our own to discuss everything and also realised what we were after and helped us choose the best bed. Fantastic customer service very polite and I can't express enough about what a great member of the team you have
