Dreams - Isle of Wight

Jenny of the Isle of Wight store was 110% everything a purchaser could want. After a brief no-pressure greeting , Jenny steered us to the right products and gave us coffee within minutes and left us to get on with things . She later came to give advice without being intrusive. We've experienced good service before in stores but Jenny is in a league of her own- mega excellence. Please inform her of our comments.

The staff were very friendly,helpful and knowledgable

From the second we walked through the door to the second we left staff were helpful and courteous, moving mattresses to different bases without a problem at all, very knowledgable about the products and able to assist us in finding the perfect bed for our needs..... very quickly realising we were going to be very particular, this was the 3rd shop we had visited to purchase our bed, sale made.. well done dreams

I was purchasing a bed for my parents who live in Kent whilst I live on the Isle of Wight. The gentleman who served me was extremely pleasent and helped not only in choosing the right bed but in all the dates for arranging delivery that fitted with me travelling to Kent to be there when the bed was delivered. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good to have a full understanding of all the different mattresses given by the Dreams Colleague which greatly helped us to come to a decision.

The girl assistant that dealt with our purchase was equally welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were undecided of the type of mattress that we wanted to purchase but we were given the information and details we asked for and plenty of time to make our choice. It was a hassle free purchase with no pressure which in our experience of shopping was very much appreciated. All in all it was a pleasant experience with very helpful and friendly assistants.

Staff were more than helpful, they occupied our two children while we looked around and tried out mattresses, they were very helpful and friendly

Fast efficient service

I came in the day before and was offered a hot drink. I had to leave sooner than anticipated as my youngest who has recently finished potty training needed the toilet. I came back the next day with my husband explained why I left so quickly, the salesmen said that it if I had told him, we could have used there toilet. We were offered hot drinks again and both staff members were very friendly. The shop was clean and I did not feel guilty rolling about on the bed. We brought our previous bed from your company.
