We were very impressed with the customer service shown to us by all members of staff. We were greeted as we walked in and asked if we needed help said what were looking for and were asked if we wanted tea or coffee how lovely . We were told what the colours by comfort meant and given a leaflet to help. We wandered around trying beds then selected the first one we tried . Matthew the sales man was most helpful with placing the order and going through everything with us .

I was helped to buy the mattress I needed and well advised as to which one would suit my needs best and even shown one that was cheaper and of the same quality as the first one I chose. So yes I was very pleased with my experience at dreams. Thank you.

I have six bedrooms to furnish one room at a time came to dreams after the advert, this is the best store that I have been in for the quality of the products and most of all the service provided by Carla who was very very helpful and I enjoyed my cup of tea.

We were served by the store manager who was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We also visited Mattressman but went back to Dreams to place our order based on the assistance we received from the store manager in particular, the product, and the overall customer experience. Couldn't be faulted.
