A specific member of staff, Jen, was highly knowledgeable, friendly and effective. I run marketing for a mattress company in Canada myself so was ready for sales spiel, but was delighted to find genuine advice and understanding about what I was looking for, which after looking at 5 or so mattresses managed to upsell me the most comfortable mattress I've ever tried, by about 600 pounds above what I wanted to buy, and leaving me happy about it afterwards. One of the best sales people I've ever met.

All of our needs were met - friendly service, respectful approachable staff. Informative assessment re the type of mattress needed. Helpful in choosing frame - we are governed by space up our stairs, assistant was very aware and ensured the packages it comes in would not be too big

Michael at Newport was helpful and knowledgable and the choice of beds and simulator helped us make the right decision.

The staff member was really helpful and spent a lot of time to help us pick our new bed the store it’s self needs some work as had leaks with buckets to catch rain but looked like works were being carried out to fix.

Jenny was very good at her job and was highly efficient without being pushy. I got exactly what I wanted without any fuss or problems. Well done Jenny
