Staff were friendly, helpful and informative.

we were highly satisfied because Matt asked if he could help and asked what we were looking for. He then helped by supplying a leaflet for the colour coding of the different type of mattress that were available to save us time. He also supplied a pillow that was the same type as we have a home to help get the feel of the mattress that we were trying. He then left us to try out on our own and was available when or if we needed help. (which I like)

I dealt with the store manager Matt. He was extremely well informed. He offered me a drink straight away, listened to what I needed and focused on my needs. He didn't waste my time with beds he knew I wasn't interested In. If it wasn't for the perfect service I had received feom Matt I may have shopped around, but after dealing with Matt I wanted to use dreams. He was a pleasure to deal with and a true asset to your company. He should be made aware of the outstanding service he provides.

Went in for cheap mattress for spare room. Found what I was looking for and colleague helped get the mattress into the car.

Matt Moss was extremely professional and friendly. He made sure we had what we needed and explained everything to us in detail.
