Staff were really friendly and inviting, store was clean, and stock was great. The only shame is we have to wait up to 6 weeks for mattresses, as they're made to order, but that can't be helped.

We have bought three beds from Dreams before and found the staff very friendly and welcoming. We were not pressurised into buying the most expensive bed, but the requirements of our disabled son were considered, and we felt we were well advised.

We were very happy with the range of products in this store and the very helpful assistance who took our order and arranged everything to be delivered to our daughters house from the Isle of Wight to Southampton.

The Staff were fantastic, very friendly and professional. We asked lots of questions and spent quite a while there choosing our new bed. We never felt pressured or rushed. We are very happy with our purchase and I loved the coffee, Thanks!

Store colleague very knowledgeable about the bed and matress I required and explained about the 40 night sleep guarantee. Nothing was too much trouble when ordering and everything was explained to me thoroughly. Very polite courteous and kind
