Good and friendly service and clear markings to differentiate products. Mathew was excellent and very patient with us.

The assistant Ruby was fantastic she was really knowledgeable about the technologies and extremely friendly! She showed me the specific products that I had in mind and introduced them. I asked about another product which wasn't in-store and Ruby went and enquired about it for me. She was polite, not at all pushy and very patient with me when I was having trouble trying to phone my husband about delivery dates. Working in retail myself I know how key this is! I would like to thank her for a pleasant and easy shopping experience.

Excellent customer service, we were provided with drinks and all questions were answered really well plus we felt like we wernt being 'sold' the bed and pressurised into making a decision, he just listed to what we wanted and suggested a product.
