My wife and I went into the store to buy a bed and we left with just that it was friendly and hassle free and we even got a cup of coffee while we bro used providing the bed arrives in the time scale stated the whole service will be impeccable thanks dreams.

Friendly hello when we entered the store. The store looked clean and smart. We chosecwhat we wanted quickly. We were offered extra items but did not feel pressured for a second. A really great bed shopping experince.

Good knowledge of products. No pressure from salesman. Helpful. Offered coffee. friendly and efficient.

l was very please with the service and friendly staff our sales person was very helpfull,Matt moss, and he knew what he was talking about (The beds ) .

First we were welcomed and asked if we needed help. We replied we just want to look around. We were then asked if we would like a drink so I had a cup of tea which was hot and refreshing. We then spent time looking around the store. There was a vast range which is why we came. We were left to our own thing and encouraged to try the beds which we did. We spent a good 30/40 minutes looking and when we were ready spoke to Matthew. He was the Manager and quickly helped us to firm up our choices. He helped us to save money by mixing and matching products. We chose 3 beds so this was a big order and offered us a realistic but suitable delivery date and discount. We took his advice on sprung slats and mattresses together with assembly. We had bought from Dreams before albeit several years ago but were very pleased with this shopping experience.

The amazing and lovely women helped us with everything we could of needed and more, she is a asset to your company!!
