Staff on arrival were very helpful, discussed product with us fully. Gave options for television on bed. Offered a drink, and member of staff discussed payment options and what was available. Insurance was also offered and explained as to what it covered. Before goods were ordered the staff member (M Brett) double checked every thing and went over what was ordered colour specification and cost and how we would be paying. It took a while for the purchase to go through, but apologies were made and we were advised to leave it with them, and they would contact us to complete it later that day or when convenient. Brett was very professional from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. It was great to feel valued as a customer, and would recommend others to use this store.

Mathew who served me was very good,made me a coffee while we looked for our bed,was going to buy from mattress man but for the service Mathew showed me

The staff were very helpful and friendly, we told the lady what we were after and she gave us a dive and direction and also explained the difference between the products. When it came to the actual purchasing of our bed it was quick and easy, and that was the part I thought would take a long time!

Great service,very friendly staff had everything we needed

It was very nice to have a member of staff who listened to what we were looking for and showed us what was available in store and on line. He did not try to push us towards the most expensive but discussed where the sofa bed was going and whether it would be used more as a bed or a sofa. When we said we needed to think about it he did not try to get us to decide immediately but wrote down the measurements and prices for us to take away. We went to look at some other shops but the service was not as good so we returned to Dreams where the service was so much better. He explained all the financing options and took time to explain all the various clauses to ensure we were fully happy before we signed the agreement. Very satisfied with the whole service.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of beds to look at that allowed me to make comparisons.
