Matthew Brett was very helpful with me and my family whilst looking around the store. We had a good cup of tea and hot chocolate whilst looking around. Also he offered good advice about all the products, and different options available through out our stay. If it wasn’t for Matthew making us feel welcome and a very easy transaction, I doubt I would of brought a bed. Honestly your very lucky to have a very friendly skilled member of staff.

The whole experience went smoothly from start to finish. We found our new mattress straightaway and the staff were very informative and helpful, offering us both a coffee whilst we browsed. The Store Manager, Matt took our order and nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasant and positive experience and I would definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends. A great customer service experience. The Isle of Wight Braanch are doing you proud! Happy 2018!

i received courteous and helpful assistance from Dreams agent Matthew Moss. His knowledge in helping me to decide on the most appropriate products for my need was a great help in making my selection. All the staff were friendly and helpful even to the extent of providing cups of coffee. There was no stress in choosing or with placing the order. The visit was a delightful experience!. Thank you

In dreams the staff were very friendly and even ask us if we wanted a cup of tea or coffee, we tried most of beds and the staff let us just get on with testing them, loved it in there

Excellent clear advice and product knowledge

The sales assistant listened to my requirements and gave me options within my criteria. He was extremely helpful.

My first impressions were very good as the store was very clean and filled with plenty of items to choose from. Although the store was empty besides two members of staff, I was not bombarded as soon I entered the store and was given the chance to look around on my own to get a grasp on the layout of the store which I appreciated. A couple of minutes later I was approached by a very friendly and helpful member of staff named Matthew who acknowledged me in a welcoming manner as soon as he saw me. He explained to me the different types of mattresses and pillows that were on sale and that i could even lay on the mattresses with any pillow of choice to help me make a decision. Also, Matthew even offered me a cup of tea whilst I had a look around, which pleasantly surprised me as it was the first time that has ever happened to me. Whilst I examined the different items, Matthew was never too far away or busy to answer my questions in a nice, concise way. Paying for the items was very quick and simple. I also received both physical and electronic paperwork to confirm my order and delivery, which is very reassuring as this was a big purchase for me. In the end, I was happy with the service.

The sales assistant was very nice and my purchase was waiting for me to collect, I needed two but the store only had one so the second item has been put on order.
