I got the headboard I wanted immediately and at a very good price

I had already found the bed online. It was not in the store. The staff were excellent and very helpful and it was ordered and paid for quickly. I would have liked it to be delivered quicker but understand that we live on the Isle of Wight and it can take a little longer.

I was met almost immediately by a member of staff who asked me some questions and then put me on the 'sleepmatch' machine. Following the results, I was shown and tried out all the mattresses suggested and given as much time as I needed. I had actually done some homework and the mattress that I finally chose was one that I had considered when researching the website. A sale and a delivery date was quickly and efficiently dealt with. The member of staff was most helpful and answered all my questions completely to my satisfaction. I left feeling highly satisfied.

We went in to look for a new mattress that would help us sleep better. We walked away with a new mattress, new ottoman bed frame, bunk beds with mattress' and pillows 🤣 All staff friendly and knowledgeable and keen to assist without being pushy.

Jennifer was absolutely super, she helped on two separate occasions and totally understood our situation and needs. Really easy to talk to, attentive and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer. Sales colleagues were approachable without being pushy. They were attentive when needed and provided a most excellent hot chocolate. All in all excellent customer service.

Michael, the salesperson, was very kind and had a smile on his face...makes a real difference when you arrive and as I am disabled he was very considerate...thank you
