The item we purchased was on offer at a vey competitive price, and on top of that, any staff we encountered were not only competent at their job but also extremely pleasant too. Well done for a very good service.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Plenty of choice too. Were offered a cuppa which was lovely too.we spent 2 hours in store and the member of staff was very patients. No complaints.

Visiting your store at Carrisbrook I.O.W. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. After selecting the product a young man took details for payment and delivery, and he was very polite. He placed an order for the item and confirmed that if possible he would get it into his store within a couple of days.Once in store he called me to confirm that as I requested I could collect it later that day. I think he might have been the manager, but he was more than happy to carry the mattress to my car, which he did. Over all I was extremely impressed with the professional level of service and the genuine friendliness of all the staff that we came into contact with.
