Love the opportunity to try all beds and pillows without being harassed by sales staff. They were there when needed and very friendly and knowledgeable.

Arrived in need of urgent items. Within short time scale walked out of store with all we needed

We liked the way we were welcomed on arrival, offered refreshments, and given a brief introduction of what was available, along with a booklet explaining the colour code etc,. We also like the way the beds were labelled as to comfort/firm etc. This was very important to us and very helpful. The staff even provided extra pillows so that we could really get the 'sleep experience'. And then when we had made our choice, the staff were there to help.

We were immediately offered a cup of tea, which made you feel relaxed and valued. Matthew was informative without being pushy.

Assistant was friendly and helpful. Offered alternatives and try outs on different mattresses and checked that my choice was totally acceptable. Explained trial period for the mattress that I was buying and how to exchange it if item turned out to be unsuitable. Was also offered a splendid mug of coffee whilst making my choice and completing the sale.

Right from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by a very helpfull assistant who offered me advice with no pressure to purchase . He was very knowledgeable and helpfull. The store was laid out in an easy to view arrangement and was both clean and warm( it was a cold day).

Really friendly people, I was offered tea and shown to the product range I had asked about. I was asked what sort of pillow I used and was given a feather pillow so I could test the beds as near to my home use as possible. Matthew was extremely helpful and I was able to choose my comfort grade quite easily.
