Dreams - Isle of Wight

I contacted the store Isle of Wight by phone a couple of days before we visited the store to place order. Matthew Donovan was very helpful and his knowledge and advice was excellent.

The assistant was really kind and very informative would recommend her to friends.

Exacllet and helpful staff members helped me when another item in another store was out of stock and did a like for like match which acctually worked out better. I used to always order beds online but for sure will only be going inro dreams from now on. Excellent

I new what I wanted. But it was a 30 day wait at the store I first went to. I asked in store if you price matched an you do. I originally thought I cdnt afford your beds but with price match the staff went out of their way to help. In fact the choice of material was better. Great bed good service

Matt at Dreams Newport was very helpful with a kind and funny personality. Gave us enough time to make our decision and finally we could place the order easily. Many thanks to him for being a great help!

We entered the store and looked around without being bothered immediately. After a short time we were offered assistance in the form of "If there is anything you need please ask we are here when you need us" this we appreciated as we do not like to be hurried and we were made to feel at ease. We returned to the store after making our decisions and the staff were again helpful but not pushy in a good way which is why we used your store

The sta ff were attentive yet not overbearing and left us to browse on our own but were close at hand when we need advise or more info.

We were made very welcome by friendly, helpful staff. We were guided to the product we were interested in then, left to ponder on our own so we could test the bed and come to a decision. We didn’t feel pressurised in any way. All in all a pleasant experience. Kind regards Carol & John Wescott
