IN 2008, I PURCHASED A " 4!6 CHACER DIVAN SET," FORM YOUR STORE, AND 10 YEARS LATER, I HAVE NOW PURCHASED A NEW MATTRESS . SO YOU CAN SEE FROM MY OPINION, THAT I HAVE ALLWAYS FELT THAT "DREAMS STORE ", IS THE BEST STORE, THAT I HAVE DEALT FROM , 5 STARS THEN IN 2008, AND STILL 5 STARS IN 2018. THAT IS PROOF OF YOUR SUMMARY, THAT I HAVE JUST FILLED IN . THANK YOU PETER

I found the staff very friendly and helpful and were there when needed, even a cup of tea. The service was very attentive and uncomplicated.

I wanted a particular item, a bed with a pull out bed underneath, phoned store prior to my visit to see if Dreams had one, this was confirmed and I visited the store to look and buy. With my phone call I spoke to Matthew and he also helped with my purchase when I visited. He was extremely helpful in showing me how the bed worked etc, and even allowed my dog in the store, a thank you to Matthew please for his help and advice

As we live on an island it is often difficult to find a range of choice when making a major purchase. We were delighted with the range of mattresses available in store for us to try before making our selection and, even though we had undertaken some research before visiting Brett was really helpful in clearly explaining the differences between the mattresses in the range and assisting us in narrowing our choice.

We thought we had done our 'homework' on your website but ended up buying a different bed. The assistance we were given by Jenny was brilliant: we were given guidance on what the colour codings meant and on the labels at the foot of each bed, provided with a cup of tea and a cup of hot chocolate, left to try out as many mattresses as we wanted to and given answers to each of our enquiries. Throughout Jenny was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. As a consequence we feel confident we will have chosen a bed that is ideal for us.
