We made two visits to the store. We found all the staff extremely helpful, but also appreciated being given all the time we needed on our own to look around without being pressurised. Kate, who was new, was very helpful and efficient and she gave us all the information we needed to go away and think about our potential purchase. The following day, we returned to the store and again we were made welcome and allowed to take our time to re-affirm our choice. We found the whole in-store experience very comfortable and then easy to finalise our purchase. We would not hesitate to recommend Dreams on the Isle of Wight to friends and family, or to use Dreams again.

Went over to sort out and buy a new bed mattress and base, was a very interesting experience with all the variety on sale and good knowledge from the sales assistant helped me select the right bed and base.

friendly approach by staff member on entering store, giving choice of assistance or just looking round. Knowledgeable on subject. 40 day satisfaction or change policy a factor in chosing Dreams. It is a lot of money and knowing that there is an opportunity to change the item in the event of it proving unsuitable after this time was important to me.

We went to Dreams Newport Isle of Wight, with the intention of buying 2 X 3ft beds & mattresses or a King Size bed & mattress. We met sales assistant Matt Moss & explained our needs & requirements. He then proceeded to demonstrate different beds & mattresses, & after discussion we decided on a new King Size Bed & mattress that met our budget. There was no attempt to persuade our opinion by Matt only genuine advice. We then proceeded to the sales point where again Matt fully explained delivery date, taking away old bed & mattress, & installing new bed & mattress which came with spring spats, & confirming all costs. We then proceeded to check out, and left the store feeling good about our shopping search at Dream's & the very satisfactory outcome & quality service given by Matt. A good experience & pleased we visited Dream's today.

When entering the store it was clean, tidy and spacious. There was plenty of beds to choose from. There was enough members of staff in the store and they were polite and helpful. The gentleman which helped us was very knowledgable and wasn't too pushy when offering different products that were available.
