The staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me pick my new bed and mattress, they quoted me on the one I liked whilst I still browsed round the show room quick and efficient service very pleased

Assistant's were very pleasant,helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Cup of coffee was very welcome.

I visited Dreams on the Isle of Wight because I needed a new mattress, but wasn't sure what to go for as there were so many to choose from. I was greeted by a gentleman called Matthew who asked if he could help me? He was so friendly and helpful that I couldn't say no! I explained what I wanted but was confused by the huge selection to choose from. He assured me that he would help and assist me through the process. He explained all the different types and told me about the benefits each gave and in the end he assessed my needs and advised me on my best options. I placed an order and Matthew completed the sale in no time, he was so knowledgeable and professional, it was a pleasure from start to finish. I left the store a very happy bunny! I wish all my shopping trips were so straight forward.
