Dreams - Isle of Wight

The lady who assisted us was brilliant. She was attentive without being pushy. She gave really valuable information which I couldn`t have gotten on line, in fact I would have ordered the wrong mattress if I had placed an order on line and would have had to send it back. She reassured me about delivery and that we would be given assistance. We were also given special offers which resulted in me buying pillows and duvet covers as well. Altogether very pleased. We would definitely go to the shop again.

Very helpful memeber of staff

The bed I'm sleeping on at the present time, I bought from Dreams 8 yrs ago, and have been very pleased with it, which is why I returned yesterday to buy a replacement. I was highly satisfied 8 yrs ago, as was I yesterday, and am now awaiting delivery of my new bed, which will be around 6/8 weeks.

The first time I visited the staff gave me info and advice but we're not pushy so I returned and found them the same. I don't like going into shops where staff drive a hard sell, your staff in Newport Isle of Wight had a natural balance of interest in what I wanted to buy and product knowledge and presented in a natural way not 'too eager to sell for the sake of selling' for this I would recommend them and return to this store myself

I was immediately asked if I needed help as I entered the store - and offered tea or coffee. After taking time to browse I sought further advice from Jennifer, the assistant, about choosing a sofa bed. She was very pleasant, helpful and informative. I felt confident about making a decision to purchase and was guided through the process with ease.

Staff were immediately very friendly and started off by offering us a tea or coffee! - highly unusual in this day and age. The assistant although fairly new to her job was very knowledgeable about the products for sale and clearly explained the colour system. We completed our purchase very efficiently and we would certainly go back again. Well done Dreams!!

Good selection in store to try out in a no fuss comfortable environment. We were left alone to decide on various beds without any pressure.
