Excellent service from Jennifer - she knew the products and could padvise well, was patient with our changing needs as we got to understand them better ourselves. Attentive but not intrusive in her manner. Couldn't have been more happy with the service from Jennifer and her colleague, and the fact that we have the chance to change the mattress if it should prove unsuitable gives us confidence in our purchase.

Jennifer approached us as soon as we walked in and gave us the information we needed to look for a new bed and mattress. She offered us tea/coffee, which was really nice and much enjoyed. She then unobtrusively kept an eye on us, so we were able to ask her a question whenever we needed help. The whole trip to the shop was very successful and ended with us buying a bed for a newly decorated spare room and a new bed for ourselves. We have aways had very good service from the staff in this shop and this was no exception. Jennifer is certainly a credit to the team.
