The sales advisor was really attentive and happy to help us look at all the options for space we had.

Assistant very helpful and knowledgeable, given as much time as we liked to make up our mind.

Brett the salesman was friendly made us a cup of tea and had very good product knowledge which made the whole experience very easy

The staff were really friendly, we’ve always bought our mattresses from Dreams. The range is good and the staff really know their stuff.

Having first looked on line and made some notes about what beds I thought would be suitable the gentleman in the shop was very helpful and showed me all the products I had noted. I wasn't sure which mattress to choose and again he was very helpful, showed me all three, none of which I thought would be quite right. He then suggested another which I lay on and thought it would be fine. I needed to know that what I was going to buy was able to be delivered very quickly and he checked the availability of everything first so he would only show me what was relevant. Very nice helpful guy. Positive in store experience and looking forward to delivery for the 2 beds next Friday.

Great service an the lady remembered which we had been looking at despite weeks between trips to the store. Friendly and left us to it rather than awkwardly hanging around like some do.

Matt, Brett and other staff members were very helpful and patient with us because we made a few visits to the store before we made our decision on which bed and mattress to purchase.
