A salesman approached my wife and I after we'd been in the shop about 2 minutes but he was extremely helpful, told us about the different types of bed available then left us look round the shop at our leisure. At no point were we pressured into buying and when we'd found the right bed the salesman couldn't have been more helpful.

I was very pleased with the Staff even a bowl of water for my dog. Very helpful without being pushy. Very easy to make our purchase which has now been delivered in a in a very good time and am delighted with the bed.

The salesman seemed most helpful and knew what we really wanted and dealt with us very quickly.

I have bought all my beds mattresses etc wherever I have lived for the past 16 years and recommended a lot of people to this great company and will carry on purchasing mattresses every 8 years

We had great customer service from Mathew he was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products which helped us decide what we wanted, also made sure we were very comfortable with water to drink as the upper part of the store was very hot. He made sure to inform us of any other extras we ,ade need such as pillows and mattress protectors which we really valued as we are spending a lot of money.

The staff concerned introduced themselves to us upon arrival but then left us for a while to have a good look at the products available. Only when it was clear to them that we required assistance did they come and offer it. We felt that we were given a very professional service throughout our visit and this resulted in us making the right purchase for us.

The member of staff that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

We found the product we wished to purchase in the Farnborough store, the lady was very helpful but we needed to buy this bed for our property on the Isle of Wight so instead of being selfish to make a sale the lady told us there was a Dreams store in Newport. We visited this store and Matt was so helpful and appreciated we were in a hurry so the whole order went through very quickly. I am very impressed he was so friendly and very very helpful.
