I entered the Newport I O W store , was greeted by a very pleasant and knowledgable assistant who helped me through the process of purchasing a new mattress .

Card payment machine was not working and assistant was on phone trying to get it sorted whilst I was there. As he was waiting for the machine to re connect he didn't keep me waiting and took my order details whilst on the phone to the payment machine company / waiting for machine to connect. By the time the order was completed the machine still was not working so rather than make me wait around he saved my order as a draft and agreed he would phone me as soon as machine was working again to take payment details. He was apologetic for the problem. He phoned me a short while later and we sorted payment details and again apologised for problems. Was very polite / helpful throughout

I was offered help and advice when I entered the store but did not feel pressured,Matthew had a good knwledge of his products and I felt in good hands. I have used Dreams for over 25yrs at the different places I have lived and have always been very happy with the service and the products.

Jenny was excellent. She was able to tell us how all the mattresses were made and based on that was able to tell us about the higher quality mattresses. We were able to try the beds of the medium ratings and compare them with the others to make sure we were purchasing the correct one for our needs. We were also offered a coffee which gave us a chance to have a break from the testing which was quite tiring. We spent about 2 hours in the store and with the knowledge and skills of Jenny we were able to choose the best mattress for our needs. Thank you.

Didn't feel pressured and salesman very knowledgable and helpful

Having visited other retailers while looking to purchase a new bed, I had the better customer service in Dreams.

Friendliness of the sales person,available but not intrusive. Surprise offer of a cup of tea most acceptable allowing us time to consider our purchase.

We received a very personal service from Brett/Matthew who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
