I was welcomed by an assistant with a smile who chatted about how she could help finding what I was looking for. There was no high pressure sales pitch which would have put me off strait away but the assistant was to hand if I needed to ask any questions. I tried some of the beds and as soon as I had made a decision to buy the process was very smooth

Helpful & Friendly Staff, which is exactly what is wanted, not in your face when you are browsing around, but there and available to answer queries.

The young girl in the store, knew personally about the mattress we ordered, so was able to pass on her experience

We were acknowledged within a few seconds of entering the store, Kate was friendly and helpful. The products were labelled and easy recognisable with our leaflet given and explained to us. We were not forgotten and asked how we were getting on. Once we had decided we ordered straight away through a easy and quick process.
