Kate was extremely helpful and sympathetic to my Mum's needs and very patient when she changed her mind.

We were greeted upon entering the store and given a leaflet on mattresses as we had come to look at them. Matthew offered us a drink and showed us where to look and then left us to try various mattresses and pillows in our own time with no pressure to purchase yet he was available if we had any questions. We were given excellent customer service but without the pressure that some stores give.
