The assistant Jenny was absolutely brilliant, she treated us as human beings not targets for a sale, made us laugh, really listened to our needs and identified through listening exactly what we needed. An absolute diamond, and a reality asset to Dreams

Customer advisor Matt had excellent product knowledge. I wasn't sure what I was looking for/wanted but he matched what I thought with what he expertly know would fit.

We were very well looked after & listened to, we knew what we wanted & we were not advised or persuaded to look at mattresses that we were not interested in.

Friendly staff, offered something for nothing (cuppa tea) help find the best deal

Mathew, the assistant was friendly and competent. I changed my mind a couple of times in the store but he wasn’t fazed at all. We came away with exactly what we wanted.

Good selection of items, knowledgeable member of staff who offered assistance but let us look at leisure and try various mattresses, and was offered refreshments. Did not feel at all pressurised and unable to fault any aspect of the experience.

I needed to buy 2 single mattress i found what i need and with your friendly staff was in the store about 30 mins which was great as most men don't like shopping.

The member of staff that served us was very pleasant l asked her for the product l wanted she showed me were they were left me to browse then came back and asked if we needed any other information about the item l purchased
