Very good service from staff in store . Given a coffee whilst we were deciding on which product . Staff member carried mattress out to our car .

Fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vast array of beds, mattresses etc to choose from with the ability to try every single one before you purchase. Really pleased I was given a armed forces discount, this was a really nice gesture on behalf of Dreams. Overall, very satisfied customer. Thank you to the Isle of Wight Dreams and I look forward to shopping with you again.

Assistant extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful

I had looked at the website so had an idea what i was looking for. The store Manager, Mathew Donavan, was attentive without being over zealous and answered my questions in a friendly and informed manner. He then left me to consider my purchase before actually serving me.

Sales assistant was not over bearing, allowed us to have a look around before approaching us when we were ready. Was very helpful with delivery options, catering around our busy lifestyle. Gave us lot's of options & alerted us to other extras we might need.

Staff were friendly and respectful as well as helpful when required.

Staff were very helpful and patient in answering questions and also in enabling us to try out the different beds. Also offered us a cup of coffee each time we visited.

We told the assistant, who was ready to help us asap, what we wanted and our budget. We were shown and left to try we didnt require further help. We ordered over the phone when home, by the assistant who'd helped us in store. All was easy. Numerous forms of communication from day of order throughout up to point of delivery and with a number to contact for delivery man who rang to confirm he was half an hour away. Couldnt ask for more.
