Matthew Gunville helped with my purchase, he was extremely helpful, he gave me very good advice on my items, very knowledgeable. I was unsure at first about what to buy but he gave me plenty of ooptions and reassurance on the products i eventually chose. Why anyone orders goods online when you can visit a store and speak to real people who know what they are selling and care as much about your shopping experience as concluding a sale is beyond my comprehension. Both members of staff I dealt with were helpful in the extreme, friendly and served me with the utmost patience. Eleven out of ten for the Newport Isle of Wight store.

Already selected item required online arrived at store with details and very friendly,knowledgeable gentleman helped me complete purchase very quickly.

I first spoke to Mathew and then,when I returned to place my order, to Matt, they were both friendly and knowledgeable. When my mattress was delivered by Leigh, Gary and Danny it was great to find them the same, very helpful and I even had a phone cal from Leigh to say they were on their way. Very good
